WHAT IS TEMPERANCE? From the greek word eng-krat'-i-ah
Which means: self control (especially continence):
Moderation in thoughts, actions, or speech; Self Discipline, especially of
natural appetites; Total abstinance of; sobriety;
WHY SELF CONTROL?
1. Your moderation will be known to men & the peace of God, shall keep your
hearts
and minds through Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:5-7 KJV
2. So you may rule over your own spirit and not open yourself up to your enemys.
Proverbs 25:28

1. RECOGNIZE THAT SELF CONTROL IS DEVELOPED, IT TAKES TIME.
2. ACCOUNTABILITY IS KEY IN SELF CONTROL. Proverbs 18:1 AMP,

3. SELF CONTROL WILL PRODUCE FRUIT.
